Random ramblings cuz I have nothing better to do... or something... :)
This is the site formerly known as Anneke's Haven. Within, you will find information about my previous White Wolf chronicles, and other random gaming related stuff. I also have a blog here, where I talk about pretty much everything and anything, though it's primarily about my exciting life... the definition of exciting definitely being up for debate.
Enjoy your visit, and come back soon!

Well, this would have been a much longer post, reviewing all six of the covers I heard today, but when I was halfway done, my computer ate it. So now we get just a rant.

"The End" (The Doors) performed by Dance Planet X. No. Just no. It's not even close to the original, and the recording isn't very good... I'd say that maybe the Doors just shouldn't be covered, but X does a halfway decent cover of "Crystal Ship," and I love Type O Negative's cover of "Light My Fire"... so yeah... bad Dance Planet X, no biscuit.

Oddly enough, the other five songs are pretty much all 80s songs that I like, and I didn't hate a single one... for the record:

"Love My Way" (Psychedelic Furs) by Wednesday's Child
"Don't You (Forget About Me)" (Simple Minds) by phoenix/NEBULIN
"Mysterious Ways" (U2) by Brighid Aura (KMFDM's is better, but this is still good)
"Send Me an Angel" (can't remember) by Deadstar Assembly (really good!)
"Just What I Needed" (The Cars) by The Numb Ones

So yeah... you can check all of those out on The Slaghuis... :)
