SEVEN - The Story

In the Beginning...
The members of the pack go through their First Changes. They spend some time training with members of their future tribes and auspices. They are brought together about 2 weeks after their First Changes, and sent on their Rite of Passage.

Run Like Hell
The Rite of Passage. The pack is sent to recover the Pathstone at Jefferson Barracks Park, while Freddie runs messages to Sioux Passage and then to Jefferson Barracks. The members of the pack witness the war of the Wyrm, the Weaver, and the Wyld made manifest. They return to Laumeier, successful, but are sent back to Jefferson Barracks to retrieve Freddie. Meanwhile, Freddie encounters some Black Spiral Dancers playing baseball at Forest Park, who pursue him as he runs to Jefferson Barracks. The pack finds Freddie and fights the BSDs, three of whom are killed before the remaining two run off. At the moot following their Rite of Passage, their deeds are recognized. At the party following the moot, Donovan meets Joanna Randolph and Freddie meets Maria Hess, both Kinfolk.

Third Time's the Charm?
The pack is assigned to help out on bawn duty at Laumeier. Donovan disappears the first time, and the pack tracks him to his mother's house, where they encounter and defeat a bane. Donovan disappears the second time, and meets "Jedediah." Later that night, he hangs out with Jedidiah, and ultimately decides to dance the Spiral. He comes back to the caern briefly, before disappearing the third time, leaving note that he has joined the Black Spiral Dancers. The pack splits up temporarily for more training.

Nevermore
The packs sets out on their totem quest. They journey through the Umbra, visit the Aetherial Realm, and have a brief run in with a pack of Black Spiral Dancers, who are chasing Emma Masaki. Raven chases the BSDs away and adopts the pack. Emma joins up with the pack as a tagalong. On their journey home, they travel through the Croatan Homeland, but are forced to travel quickly through, because of Joseph's vision of an attack on Laumeier.

A Little Respect
While the pack is returning from their totem quest, Laumeier is attacked by forces of the Wyrm. Kjra Kin-Slayer has her baby, who she names Snow. Joseph successfully challenges for Rank 2. Kjra and Snow leave for Vancouver. Samantha successfully challenges for Rank 2.

Visions and Visitations
Jefferson Barracks Caern (Sept of Warrior's Heart) rebuilt. Far-Dancer enters a lengthy coma. Nova Sparkle elevated to head of the new caern. Garou population in St. Louis booms, politics and diplomatic relations take the forefront. Krizia successfully challenges for Rank 2. After escorting an Illinois pack to several St. Louis caerns, the pack journeys to Illinois to visit the nearby caerns.

Over the River
While visiting the Cahokia caern, Krizia gets upset with the Uktena and Wendigo's racism against the "wyrm-bringer" tribes. As a gesture of good will, the pack is invited to go on a vision quest to become adopted friends of the Uktena and Wendigo. Freddie, after conversing with Raven, chooses to leave the pack before the vision quest. The remainder of the pack is successful in their vision quest, and return to the caern in time for the Long Vigil.
After the moot, Krizia enters Sam's dreams and takes her into Joseph's dreams, where they are joined by Emma, Raven, and Sam and Joseph's ancestors. After being toyed with for a while, the pack is confronted by Joseph's father, a Silver Fang turned Black Spiral Dancer. Joseph's father challenges and kills Krizia, but is attacked by the pack and their allies and receives the fatal blow from Joseph. After holding a funeral for Krizia with the members of the Cahokia caern, Sam and Joseph journey back to St. Louis, stopping at the caerns along the way to bring news of Krizia's death.
Sam challenges successfully for Rank 3. Joseph and Sam, with the help of the Children of Gaia, create a glass sculpture in Krizia's memory at the Jefferson Barracks caern, which Krizia's spirit inhabits.
